Welcome to our website. This is where you will find all the information about the Cheshire and Borders Koi Society. We are a friendly club meeting regularly in the Cheshire area. We hope you enjoy the site. Please check back for updates soon. We would appreciate your signing our Guest Book with maybe a comment or two.
The Society was formed in 2002 and started with 4 families who have a wealth of experience and knowledge in the keeping of koi. The membership is currently at 12 families and continues to grow steadily. Membership comes from Cheshire and the bordering counties. The Society's aim is to promote the hobby of koi keeping in the Cheshire/Staffordshire area by providing a forum where members can meet and exchange ideas in comfortable surroundings.
As our membership has grown members with various levels of experience have joined and all contribute to the idea of providing assistance and support to each other. The wealth of knowledge within the membership is supported by a wide variety of reading and video material which members are willing to share.
We hold a monthly meeting and also enjoy visiting other similar groups and arranging outings and visiting speakers. This is all aimed at increasing knowledge and awareness by learning from others experiences. We also hold a number of BBQ's and members open days throughout the year.

A number of members enjoy the facilities at the pub by having a meal beforehand at 6 pm to 7 pm. Good food and good value for money. Occasionally meetings are held at members homes, please check the Events/Diary section for latest details
